It was in the mid 80s for most of the trip, yet snow was abundant on the trail. It is mildly surreal to be attacked by mosquitos while crossing fields of snow. This backpacking trip has been rescheduled several times, most recently from late June, however, in late June many of the trails we used would have been impassible.
