Which somehow makes it worse?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>During a Kaizen exercise at work, a colleague told me of their desperate quest to get information from people who inexplicably withheld it from them , and this phrase came up.  I do Shingo-style Kaizens, so this sticky note was a step in the process I documented.
